3. Must be Stocked Items: Our return policy applies exclusively to stocked items. Special orders, custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

4. No Returns of Toiletries: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of toiletries, personal care items, or any product intended for personal hygiene or consumption unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped.
