When looking at a item choose collection and it will be placed in your cart as a collection item. No worries if you want it deliveried you can change it in the cart at checkout.

You can place a order for collection at least 4 hours ahead of schedule when you get here so it it gives us time to check if we have it and put it aside for you so its ready when you get here.

When the order is ready we will contact you to let you know its ready for pick up!

Yes you can you can view the status of your order in the Accounts section of the webiste and looking under the My orders section.

You can always view your invoices and orders within your account section. You can view all past invoices and orders.

We will return anything aslong as it is only been 30 days since your delivery/collection and the product meets the following requiments

• The packaging must be intact
• There must be no damage to the lumber
