A 1 in stand elevates a wood post to protect against rot. The zinc-plated steel post base measures 5 in L x 5 1/2 in W x 7 1/2 in H. Install with the Outdoor Accents hex-head washer (STN22) and structural wood screw (SDWS22312DBB), sold separately. ZMAX galvanization with a black powder coat offers extra corrosion resistance for exterior and treated-wood applications. Made from 12-gauge steel. Designed to meet stringent building codes for seismic or high-wind events. Slotted for adjustability. Features 1-in standoff to help prevent rot at post end. Nominal post size: 6x6.
